摘 要:针对中频电源续流二极管存在的问题,本文基于低Q值串联谐振中频电源的基本原理,研究了反并联续流二极管对电路的影响,并对低Q值中频电源去除续流二极管的可行性进行了理论分析,在低Q值串联谐振中频电源电路中,只要选择耐压合适的晶闸管,就可以去除续流二极管,不但避免小环流对电路造成的影响,而且也可改善电路性能;同时,对去除续流二极管可行性进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,续流二极管的引入,造成了小环流延缓晶闸管的关断,晶闸管开通时产生尖峰过电流,晶闸管关断时产生尖峰过电压,并且在低Q值中频电源中可以通过去除续流二极管优化电路。该研究电路结构简单,性能可靠,效率高,具有很大的经济价值。For the problem of freewheeling diodes in frequency power supply, the paper based on the basic principles of low-Q series resonant frequency power supply, studies impact on circuit of the anti-parallel freewheeling diode, and analyses the feasibility of removing the freewheeling diode in low Q value frequen- cy power. In the low-Q series resonant frequency power supply circuit, by simply selecting the appropriate voltage thyristor, you can remove the freewheeling diode, only to avoid the impact on the circuit of small circulation, but also to improve the circuit performance; meanwhile, on the removal of the freewheeling di- ode feasibility experiments, experimental results show that the introduction of the freewheeling diode, re- sulting in a small circulation delay thyristor off, thyristor overcurrent spike generated when opened, the thyristor turn off spike generated overvoltage, and in the low-Q frequency power supply can be optimized by removing the freewheeling diode circuit. The studied circuit structure is simple, and it is of reliable per- formance and high efficiency, and thus has great economic value.
