摘　　要：基于产业集群设计甩挂运输模式对推动产业集群物流效率的提高具有重要意义。文章首先对物流虚拟联盟内涵和特征进行了归纳,分析了淮安化工产业集群开展甩挂运输的需求,最后构建了基于产业集群的淮安甩挂运输模式。The mode design of drop and pull transport is important for improvement of industrial clusters. The paper firstly analy- sizes the connotation and feature of the virtual logistics alliance. The demamd of drop and pull transport for Huaian chemical in- dustrial clusters is discussed. Finally, the mode design of the drop and pull transport based on industrial clusters is put forward.
