摘　　要：利用Petri网描述事件的特性和CPNTOOLS软件的仿真优化功能,对某冷链物流企业配送流程建模和仿真优化。分析了物流配送业务流程,建立了基于Petri网的某企业冷链物流配送业务流程模型,并对所建立的某企业冷链物流配送业务流程模型利用CPNTOOLS进行仿真分析和优化。采用流程合并、取消、简化、重排、新增等业务流程优化方法,得到优化后的业务流程,并对该流程与优化前进行对比分析,得出优化后的业务流程降低企业的配送成本。The features of Petri net and CPNTOOLS software sinmlation optimization function is used to modelling and simulation a cold chain logistics distribution process. Analysis the logistics business processes, the establishment of an enterprise based on Petri nets cold chain logistics business process model, and an enterprise established cohl chain logistics business process model uses CPNTOOLS simulation alalysis and optimization. Using processes merge, cancel, simplify, reaiTangement, and other new busi- ness process optimization method to get optimized business processes and optimize the process anti c, omparative prior to analysis, the optimized business processes reduce distribution costs.
