对加快我国铁路双层集装箱运输发展的思考

摘　　要：文章在综述了国内外铁路双层集装箱运输发展状况的基础上,分析了加快我国铁路双层集装箱运输发展的必要性和目前我国铁路双层集装箱运输所存在的问题,研究了我国铁路开展双层集装箱运输相关方面的改进方案,从而提出了降低铁路双层集装箱班列的晚点率、研制新型集装箱专用平车并配备适量的集装箱专用平车、加快集装箱信息管理系统的建设等,加快我国铁路双层集装箱运输的一些建议,以进一步促进我国铁路双层集装箱运输更好更快的发展。On the foundation of the summary of the development state of domestic and foreign railway double layer container transport, the necessity of the acceleration of development of railway double layer container and problems in railway double layer container transport in China are analyzed, conducted double China＇s railway container transportation improvement programs are studied, which proposed some recommendations to speeding up Chinese railway double layer container transport, such as reducing the late rates of railway double container trains, developing new new kinds of container flat cars and speeding up the construc- tion of container nformation management system, in order to further promote better and rapid development of railroad double layer container transport in China.
