摘　　要：针对200 kt/a合成氨装置设备老化、能耗趋高情况,川化股份有限公司对其一段炉对流段、辐射段及脱碳系统等进行了一系列的改造,改后装置天然气消耗高的问题得到有效解决,吨氨能耗大幅度下降。To solve the problems brought in by equipment ageing in 200 kt/a ammonia plant, Sichuan Chemi- cal Co., Ltd has done a series of revamping and renovation on convection section and radiant section of the pri- mary reformer, carbon dioxide removal system, greatly reduced the natural gas and energy consumption.
