摘　　要：多喷嘴对置式粉煤气化炉是我国自主研发的一种煤气化装置,具有碳转化率高,氧耗、煤耗低,操作灵活,环保性能好等优点。对多喷嘴对置式粉煤气化中试装置和水冷壁粉煤气化中试装置进行了介绍,着重介绍了水冷壁粉煤气化中试装置烧高灰熔点煤试验及水冷壁挂渣情况,并就其应用前景做了阐述。Pulverized-coal gasifier with opposed multi-burner was independently developed by home group. The gasifier has advantages of high carbon conversion rate, lower oxygen and coal consumption, ease opera- tion, low emission and so on. This paper introduces the pilot test of two types of pulverized-coal gasifier, one with hot wall, another with cold wall, with focus on introduction of gasification of high ash fusion point coal and deposition condition of fused ash on cooling screen, describes the prospect of its application.
