摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了Fe3+,Mo2+,Co2+同时作为活性组分的一系列双钙钛矿催化剂LaSrFeMo1-x Cox O6(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9,1.0),通过XRD,BET,H2-TPR,SEM,TG-DSC方法对催化剂的结构进行了表征,并考察了Co2+掺杂量对催化剂结构及其催化甲烷燃烧活性的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂在800℃焙烧后可形成完整的双钙钛矿晶型,同时具有较高的催化活性。Co2+掺杂量对催化剂性能的影响较大,说明Fe3+,Mo2+,Co2+之间存在着一定程度的协同作用。加入Co2+时催化剂的高温活性得到明显提高,但加入过量Co2+时催化剂的高温活性有所降低,而低温活性有所提高。其中LaSrFeMo0.9Co0.1O6催化剂具有较高的活性,反应温度472℃时甲烷转化率达到90%。Double perovskite oxides LaSrFeMo1-xCoxO6(x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9,1.0) were prepared by a co-precipitation method,in which the transition metals(Fe3+,Mo2+,Co2+) as active components were doped.The oxides were characterized by means ofXRD,BET,H2-TPR,SEM and TG-DSC.Their activity in the catalytic combustion of methane was evaluated to investigate the effect of Co2+ on the properties of the catalysts.The results showed that the catalysts with good crystallinity could be obtained by calcination at 800 ℃,which had the high catalytic activity.With increasing the Co2+ amount,the catalyst activity was improved.There is synergetic interaction between Fe,Co and Mo in the double perovskite oxides.The catalyst LaSrFeMo0.9Co0.1O6 showed an excellent activity for the catalytic combustion and the conversion of methane at 472 ℃ reached 90%.
