摘  要:采用Fluent软件对填料内径65 mm、外径250mm的超重机内多孔板填料上的气液流场进行模拟研究.模拟结果表明,填料上的液体速度场分布不均匀;填料转速对液体的切向速度场有影响,液体入口速度对径向速度场有影响;填料上的气体静压力场分布很有规律;填料转速对气体干床压降的影响很小,气体流量对干床压降的影响较为明显;当填料转速为0 ~1 000 r/min、液体入口速度为0.3~ 4.0 m/s时,液滴在填料上的运动轨迹呈螺旋线型,停留时间为0.10~ 0.94 s,运动路程为0.13~ 0.45 m;当气体流量为22.8~ 132.3 m3/h、填料转速为0~1 000 r/min时,干床压降为7~1 844 Pa.Gas-liquid flow field on perforated plate packing in higee with inside diameter of 65 mm and external diameter of 250 mm was simulated by Fluent software.The simulation results showed that,the velocity distribution of the liquid flow field on the packing was not uniform; the rotating speed of the packing and the inlet velocity of liquid had effects on the liquid tangential velocity field and radial velocity field,respectively; the static gas pressure field distribution on the packing was quite regular; and the rotating speed had a little effect on the dry bed pressure drop and the gas flow rate had an apparent effect on the dry bed pressure drop.Under the conditions of the rotating speed of 0-1 000 r/min and liquid inlet velocity of 0.3-4.0 m/s,the liquid trajectory was spiral line,the liquid residence time on the packing was in the range of 0.10-0.94 s and the motion distance was in the range of 0.13-0.45 m.The dry bed pressure drop of gas was 7-1 844 Pa when the gas flow rate and the rotating speed were in the ranges of 22.8-132.3 m3/h and 0-1 000 r/min,respectively.
