摘　　要：作为美国首家仅投资于环保业的银行,新资源银行的发展经历了长期亏损,被联邦存款保险公司警告,最终进入正轨的曲折历程。分析了新资源银行的设立背景和连续5年的财务业绩,总结了新资源银行的经验与教训,并指出对中资银行发展的启示。As the first bank in America, which only invests in the environmental-protection industry, the New Resource Bank was warned by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for experiencing long-term losses, and eventually developed in the right direction. The background of the New Resource Bank establishment and the financial performance in the past five consecutive years are analyzed, the experience and lessons of the New Resource Bank are summarized, and the inspiration for the development of Chinese banks are put forward.
