摘 要:本研究从周期训练的视角出发,采用访谈法对速度滑冰短距离项目运动员陆地恢复性体能训练的陆冰衔接与变化进行分析。研究首先分析了比赛期恢复性体能训练陆冰衔接的重要时间段,进而对赛前训练调整周期恢复性体能训练安排的两种模式以及赛事间的陆地恢复性体能训练的节奏进行了研究,最后确定了500m比赛两场比赛之间安排陆地恢复性训练最佳练习内容和时间。In view of the cyclic training and based on the interview of China's speed skating gold medal couch for short track speed skating athletes,this article analyses the link-up and change between on-ice and land training of the land physical strength recovery training for short track skating.This article also studies and defines the important time duration for on-ice and land training link-up of physical strength recovery training during competition.It analyses two modes of the arrangement of cyclic physical strength recovery training during pre-competition adjustment and the rhythm of short period land physical strength recovery training before competition.More over,it studies and defines the procedure and the best chance of land physical strength recovery training between two rounds of 500m competition.
