摘 要:研究圆形截面钢管混凝土叠合柱耐火性能。完成3根ISO 834标准升温曲线作用下的圆形截面叠合柱耐火性能试验,对试验结果进行了有限元模拟。试验结果表明:对于截面尺寸相对较小的叠合柱,试件达到耐火极限时的破坏模式主要是弯曲破坏;火灾荷载比越大,叠合柱的轴向膨胀变形越小,轴向压缩变形越大,耐火极限越低;火灾试验时,内部钢管的温度明显低于外部混凝土的温度,钢管外混凝土的保护较大地提高了叠合柱的耐火性能。数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,用有限元法可预测圆形截面钢管混凝土叠合柱的耐火性能。The fire resistance performance of concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete (CFSTRC) circular columns was analyzed.Fire resistance tests of three CFSTRC circular columns under ISO 834 standard fire were reported.Finite element models (FEM) were established for fire resistance performance of CFSTRC circular columns at elevated temperature.The test results show that:the main failure mode of fire resistance was flexural failure for CFSTRC circular columns of small cross section; the larger axial load level of CFSTRC columns,the smaller expansion deformation and the larger compression deformation of CFSTRC columns; and the temperature of steel tube was lower than the temperature of outside concrete,and the fire resistance was improved obviously with the protection of outside concrete.The computational value of simplification formula agreed well with the computational value of FEM.The FEM was capable of predicting fire resistance of CFSTRC circular columns with an accuracy that was sufficient for design purposes.
