摘 要:针对矿用变频器在结露情况下易损坏的问题,设计了一种矿用变频器湿度控制器。该湿度控制器主要由主控制器、温湿度传感器、结露传感器和加热装置组成,当变频器内外温差较大导致变频器内部结露时,主控制器检测到结露传感器的闭锁信号后,使变频器停止工作,同时打开加热装置加速变频器内部水分蒸发,并发出报警信号;当主控制器检测到变频器内部环境恢复正常时,则解除报警信号,使变频器恢复正常工作。现场测试结果表明,该湿度控制器能够保证矿用变频器在潮湿环境下可靠工作。In view of problem that mine-used frequency converter is easy to be damaged under situation of condensation, a humidity controller of mine-used frequency converter was designed. The humidity controller is composed of main controller, temperature and humidity sensor, condensation sensor and beating device. When inside of the frequency converter has condensation caused by big temperature difference of inside and outside of the frequency converter, the main controller makes the frequency converter to stop working after detecting blocking signal of the condensation sensor, meanwhile the main controller opens heating device to accelerate water evaporation in the frequency converter and sends alarming signal. When the main controller detects internal environment of the frequency converter is recovered, it cancels the alarming signal and makes the frequency converter to recover normal working. Actual test result shows that the humidity controller can ensure mine-used frequency converter work reliably under moist environment.
