摘　　要：发动机试验台架主要用来测试乳化柴油的各种性能指标,通过对目前采用的联轴器进行分析,发现联轴器在传递转矩、动力的同步性和安全性能方面存在一定的缺陷,合理安装调试联轴器可以增加使用的安全性。本文从使用角度出发,探索研究联轴器在发动机试验台架上的安装、调试情况,以便达到更好的使用效果。Engine test bench mainly used to test a variety of performance indicators emulsified diesel ,By coupling the currently used to analyze,found that the coupling in the transmission of torque, power and safety performance synchronization there are some defects,reasonable installation couplings can increase the safety of use.This article explores and researches using the coupling in the engine test bench installation, commissioning situation based on the practical point of view to the best using effect.
