摘　　要：植物电子标本是利用数码设备进行采集,经后期编辑加工而成的数字化植物图像,是一种特殊形式的新型标本。本文通过解析电子标本和传统实物标本间的区别与联系,探讨了以电子标本为核心的电子标本库建设的有关问题,明确了电子标本采集、加工、集成等的原则、方法和注意事项,旨在为电子标本库的建设、管理和应用提供建设性意见。Electronic specimen of plant is a kind of special digital plant image, which is sampled and processed by digital de- vice. Differences and relations between electronic specimen and material specimen of plant were analyzed, and on this base, sever- al issues on construction of electronic bank of plant specimen were discussed. Principles,methods and precautions of sampling, processing,and integrated of plant specimen were also clarified,in order to provide constructive suggestions for construction of electronic bank of plant specimen.
