耳穴埋豆加火针联合治疗神经性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴埋豆加火针联合治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取100例神经性皮炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组各50例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,实验组接受耳穴埋豆加火针治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效与复发率。结果实验组痊愈2例,显效16例,有效24例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%;对照组痊愈1例,显效15例,有效27例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%,组间疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗结束3个月后,两组间复发情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示实验组复发情况明显好于对照组。结论耳穴埋豆加火针联合治疗神经性皮炎疗效良好,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of neurodermatitis by auditive acupoint bean-embedding therapy and fire needle therapy. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental groups （50 cases admin- istered with auditive acupoint bean-embedding therapy joint fire needle therapy ） and the control groups （50 cases admin- istered with conventional Western medicine treatment）. Results After the treatment, 2 cases of the treatment group were recurred,16 cases were obviously effective, 24 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 84.00%. 1 case of the control group was recurred, 15 cases were obviously effective, 27 cases were effective, 7 ca- ses were ineffective and the total effective rate was 86.00 %. The difference between the experimental groups and the con- trol was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. 3 months after the treatment, the difference of the recurrence rate between the experimental groups and the control was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auditive acu- point bean-embedding therapy joint fire needle therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of neurodermatitis, which also has a low recurrence rate and it is worthy of the promotion.
