数字化成像双对比造影检查贲门癌252例

摘　　要：目的探讨数字化成像双对比造影在贲门癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析行数字化成像双对比造影及电子胃镜检查并经手术证实的252例贲门癌患者的临床资料,并比较双对比钡餐造影和电子胃镜检查结果与手术符合率。结果数字化双对比造影与手术诊断相符合244例,诊断符合率为96.8%,误诊为良性溃疡3例(1.2%),漏诊5例(2.0%);电子胃镜与手术诊断相符合248例,诊断符合率98.4%,误诊4例,其中误诊为炎症2例(Ⅰ型),息肉1例(Ⅲ型),良性溃疡1例(Ⅳ型)。两种方法诊断与手术符合率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字化双对比造影诊断贲门癌准确率与电子胃镜相似,但更简便、经济,是诊断贲门癌的较好方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of digital double-contrast gastroenterography in cardiac canc- ers versus the endoscopy. Methods 252 cardiac-cancer patients were examined with digital double gastroenterography and endoscopy then got surgery. The results were recorded and analyzed. Results The gastroenterography and endosco- py＇s diagnostic accuracy were 96.8% and 98.4%, respectively. There was no statistically difference. Conclusion Digit- al double-contrast gastroenterography is valuable in diagnoses of cardiac cancers for it is more cheap and convenience con- trary to the endoscopy.
