摘　　要：随着城市的扩张,生活污染和工业污染已经十分严重,对人民的生活与健康构成了极大的威胁。发挥政府的职能,加大环境保护投资。同时,对国民进行宣传和教育,全民行动起来消除污染,创造美好的家园。With the expansion of the city, life pollution and industrial pollution have become very serious, which have posed a great threat to the life and health of people. The function of the government should be played to increase the investment in environmental protection. At the same time, the citizen should be propagandized and educated so that everyone can take action to eliminate pollution and create a beautiful home.
