摘　　要：伴随着世界旅游业的飞速发展,日趋严重的旅游犯罪问题不仅给旅游业的发展带来极大的负面效应,而且严重侵害了旅游者、旅游从业人员和当地居民的生命、财产和心理安全,阻碍旅游业的可持续发展。本文引用犯罪学的"犯罪场"理论,并结合旅游犯罪学的理论,分析旅游犯罪的成因,认为旅游犯罪是犯罪人、旅游者、时间因素、空间因素、社会环境及法律效力六个因素共同作用的结果,并探讨旅游犯罪场的预防和控制,以旅游者被害人为中心,结合时空、社会、法律等客观环境因素,构建旅游犯罪预防体系。Along with the rapid development of world tourism, the increasingly serious criminal problem in tourism is not only negative to the tourism industry as well as to the tourists, tour operators and local residents but also to the sustainable development of tourism. This essay analyzes the causes of tourism crime by using the ＂criminal field＂ theory and combining with tourism criminology theory and explores the prevention and control of tourism crime field, which can provide a probable basis for building tourism crime prevention system.
