摘 要:介绍了一种利用新型纤维型碳源制备锂离子电池磷酸铁锂正极材料的方法,与常规碳源相比,纤维型碳源可以在较低的温度下、较短的时间内有效地对磷酸铁锂粉体进行碳包覆,提高电子电导率,从而提高整体电化学性能。该方法具有碳源来源广泛,成本较低;烧结温度较低及烧结时间缩短,节省能源;所制备正极材料性能优异,适用于大规模工业化生产。A method for preparation of LiFePO4 cathode material of lithium-ion batteries with a new fiber-type car- bon source was introduced. Compared with the common carbon source, the fiber-type carbon source could effective- ly complete carbon-coating of LiFePO4 powder at a relatively low temperature and in a relatively short time, which increased the electronic conductivity and entire electrochemistry performance. The method has wide source of car- bon source and is low cost, saves energy because of the low sintering temperature and short sintering time, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production because of the high performance of the cathode material prepared by this method.
