摘　　要：目的：探讨PDCA流程在多发伤抢救护理中的应用价值.方法：选取2010年3月～ 2011年10月我院急诊科收治的161例多发伤患者作为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组76例和观察组85例.对照组给予常规急救护理,观察组采用PDCA流程护理,比较两组抢救成功率、并发症发生率.结果：抢救成功率、并发症发生率两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：应用PDCA流程提高了多发伤患者的抢救成功率,减少患者并发症的发生率,效果满意,值得临床推广应用.Objective：To investigate the value of PDCA process in emergency nursing for the patients with multiple traumas.Methods：161 cases of multiple trauma patients in emergency department of our hospital from March 2010 to October 2011 as the research object,according to the time order were divided into the observation group with 76 cases and control group with 85 cases,the observation group did not implement the PDCA process,the control group to implement PDCA process.The two groups of the rescue success rate,complications and the rate of disability were compared.Results：The difference in the success rate,the complications and the disability rate was statistically significant between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：PDCA can improve the survival rate of patients with multiple traumas,reduced patient complications and disability rates,and received good practical results,it is worthy of clinical application.
