摘　　要：目的:总结腭裂患儿的围手术期护理体会。方法:对我院收治的110例先天性腭裂患儿进行术前心理、饮食护理和充分的术前准备;术中环境及合适的体位安排和病情监测;术后针对性的病情观察及护理。结果:110例手术患儿未发生护理并发症,无感染病例发生,生理功能恢复较好。结论:落实围手术期各项护理措施、医护紧密配合、严密观察是腭裂手术成功的关键。Objective：To observe the nursing experience of 110 cases of children with cleft palate during peri-operation period.Methods：110 cases of children in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013 were congenital cleft palate children as the object of study of preoperative psychological,diet nursing and preoperative preparation,intraoperative environment and proper position arrangement and monitoring of disease,postoperative observation and nursing.Results：110 cases of operation with no nursing complications occurred,no infection occurred,physiological function better recovery in children.Conclusion：Implement the operation period nursing measures,health care closely,close observation are the key to successful operation of cleft palate.
