摘 要:油脂是人类日常生活必不可少的物质,但受到提取工艺和技术条件的限制,存在出油率不高、溶剂残留等诸多问题,如何有效利用资源实现最佳量效关系一直是现代轻工业亟待解决的问题。因此,研究并改进油脂提取相关工艺技术及方法具有重要的应用价值。通过对油脂传统和现代提取技术方法及其原理的简单介绍、对各种方法主要优缺点的比较,得出对油脂提取方法的总体的和前瞻性的看法,旨在为今后油脂工业的发展提供参考。就油脂提取技术来说,采用绿色工艺进行企业生产,是现代工业发展的趋势。酶提取法、水剂法、超临界CO2萃取法在生物油脂萃取中得到广泛的应用,尤其是超临界CO2萃取法因其具有环保的萃取过程、萃取物纯净无污染、在油脂和中药材的活性成分提取中均有独特优势,随着应用的普及和改善,该技术可能成为油脂萃取的主要技术方法之一。Lipid is indispensable material substance, but due to limitation of extraction technology and other related technologies, low extraction rate and solvent remains are some of such kinds of tricky problems, so how to utilize natural resource efficiently and attain superlative approach of dose-effect relationship is still a problem that needs to be solved in light indurstry immediately.The extraction technology and method of fat and oil has important application value.This article provided an overall and prospective view about oil extraction,which was obtained from summarizing traditional and modern method fatty and 0il extraction and its theory briefly as well as comparing the merits of various extraction methods,aiming to provide reference for the future development of oil industry. For the fat and oil extraction, the green technology for enterprise production has broad prospect. The method of enzymes extraction and aqueous extraction and supercritieal CO2 fluid extraction had been widely applied in biological oil extraction, especially the supereritical CO2 fluid extraction method, because of its environmental protection of the extraction process,pollution-free extractpure, and unique advantages in the process of extraction of oils and active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine.Hernce,with the popularization and improvement of application, the technology might be one of the main methods of oil extraction.
