摘　　要：蔬菜质量安全是各级政府和消费者高度重视的问题,介绍了扬州市蔬菜生产现状,通过对扬州市蔬菜生产基地、蔬菜加工配送企业、产销合作社蔬菜质量安全状况及农副产品批发市场农产品质量安全状况的调查,找出蔬菜质量安全的主要问题,并提出了对策。All levels of government and consumers attach great importance to vegetable quality and safty.The status of vegetable production in Yangzhou City was introduced.Through investigation of the vegetable production base in Yangzhou City,vegetable processing and distribution enterprises,production and marketing cooperatives of vegetable quality and safety situation ,agricultural and sideline products wholesale markets of agricultural products quality and safety situation, main problems to promote the quality and safety of vegetables were analyzed, and countermeasures were proposed.
