摘　　要：总结了商洛市土地利用现状具有利用率高、利用类型不平衡、山地所占比重大、耕地数量少且质量低的特点,分析了土地利用过程中存在利用不合理、资源浪费和土壤质量下降的问题,据此提出了相应发展对策,以促进该区土地的可持续利用。The current conditions of land use features including high availability ratio,unbalanced type of utilization,great areas occupied by uplands and poor cultivated land of small area were concluded.Problems such as unreasonable use ,resources waste and decline in soil quality existing during land use were analyzed.On these grounds,corresponding development countermeasures were put forward in a bid to promote sustainable use of land in Shangluo City.
