1776例变态反应疾病患者体外过敏原检测及结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析绵阳地区变态反应性疾病患者常见的体外过敏原种类及其在不同年龄人群中的分布特点，为绵阳地区过敏性疾患的治疗和预防提供参考依据。方法用欧蒙印迹法检测试剂盒对患者血清过敏原特异性抗体（sIgE）进行检测，并对结果进行统计学分析。结果1776例变态反应性疾病患者sIgE阳性率为59．5％，吸入性变应原检测阳性率前3位分别为：屋尘（32．1％）、猫毛（21．8％）和尘螨（19．4％）；食物性变应原检测阳性率前3位分别为：淡水鱼（12．0％）、鸡蛋白（10．5％）和虾（10．4％）。〈14岁、14～44岁、〉44岁就诊者阳性检出率分别为：66．94％、55．49％、38．87％。结论绵阳地区最常见的体外过敏原种类分别为屋尘、猫毛、尘螨、淡水鱼、鸡蛋白和虾；不同年龄段其阳性检出率有所差异，以低年龄段患者为主，随着年龄的增加，过敏原阳性检出率呈逐渐降低趋势。Objective To investigate the main kinds of allergens and the characteristics of age structure in the patients of allergic diseases in Mianyang city,in order to provide the basis for treatment and prevention of the allergic disease in the local. Methods The serum levels of allergen specific immunoglobulin E（ slgE） were detected by Ger- man EUROIMMUN Medizinische Lahordiagnostika AG allergen detection system,then the results were analyzed by statistiacal method. Results The positive rate of slgE was 59.5%among 1 776 patiens with allergic diseases. In the inhalation group, the highest positive rate was House dust（ 32.1 %）, followed by cat（21.8 % ）, dust mite（ 19.4 % ）, in the food allergen group, the top three of the positive rate were freshwater fish（ 12.0% ）, egg whixes（10.5 %）and lob- ster（10.4% ）. The rates of positive result in different age group that 0- 14 years group, 14 -- 44 years group, 〉 44 years group were 66.94 %, 55.49 % and 38.87 % respectively. Conclusion The major allergens might be house dust, cat hair,dust mite, freshwater fish,egg whixes and shrimp. The positive rate could be different with age,The youths are susceptible populations catching allergic diseases, the general trend could be that the allergens gradually reduced with age.
