摘　　要：[目的]评估精神科护理风险标准化管理实施效果。[方法]选择10个精神科病区(6个普通病区、4个老年病区),随机分为观察组和对照组,分别实施精神科护理风险标准化管理和常规护理管理,比较两组护理不良事件发生率、病人和家属的满意度、护士对护理工作的满意度、护理质量指标。[结果]两组自杀、暴力行为、外走、跌倒、噎食护理不良事件发生率、病人满意度、家属满意度、护士对护理工作满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项护理质量指标合格率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]实施精神科护理风险标准化管理能有效减少护理不良事件的发生,提高服务满意度及护理质量。Objective：To evaluate the implementation effect of standardization management of psychiatric nursing risk.Methods：A total of 10 cases of psychiatric wards （6 common wards,4 elderly wards） were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The standardization management of psychiatric nursing risk and routine management were implemented respectively in the both groups.The incidence of nursing adverse event,satisfactions of patients and their families for nursing,satisfaction of nurses for their work and nursing quality indicators were compared between two groups.Results：There was statistically significant difference in suicide behavior,violence behaviors,outside walking,falls,choking,incidence of nursing adverse events,patients＇satisfaction,family＇s satisfaction and nurses＇job satisfaction（P＜0.05）;the pass rates of all indicators of uursing quality in observation group were higher,but the difference was not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion：Standardization management of psychiatric nursing risk can effectively reduce nursing adverse events,improve satisfactions of patients,their families and nurses,and nursing quality.
