摘 要:按照C-NCAP的技术要求分析了某款座椅的防挥鞭性能,发现该座椅在挥鞭试验中失分较严重。针对这一情况,对该座椅的靠背刚度、头枕刚度以及调角器参数进行了优化研究。在优化中,进行了优化的拉丁方采样,在获取采样点的基础上构造了设计参数与损伤指标之间的Kriging近似模型,采用NSGA-II算法优化该近似模型各参数值,最后通过madymo软件仿真确定优化的有效性。仿真结果表明,在合理的优化参数下,该座椅可在C-NCAP的鞭打试验中得到满分,防挥鞭性能得到较大改善。The analysis of the seat in whiplash is conducted based on C-NCAP, and the seat drops points severely. So the optimization of backrest stiffness, headrest stiffness and recliner parameters is proceeded. During the optimization, samples are taken by the optimal Latin square, then the Kriging approximation model is constructed on the samples, NSGA-II is applied to optimize parameters. The effectiveness of the optimization is verified by the simulation of Madymo. The simulation result shows that under the proper parameters, the seat can get full marks in the whiplash test and the performance in whiplash is improved greatly.
