摘　　要：农民工城市适应性是促进我国农村和城市协调发展的一个关键因素。由于多种原因,其城市适应性越来越显出巨大差异,只有正确把握农民工城市适应异质性及产生的不同培训诉求,才能有针对地采取有效的培训策略。本文从农民工城市适应视角剖析其不同培训诉求,并从过程管理角度探讨如何改进农民工培训。Rural migrant workers＇ urban adaptability is a key factor to promote China＇s rural and urban coordinated development. Due to various reasons, the urban adaptability shows increasingly huge differences. Only by grasping the rural migrant workers＇ urban adaptability heterogeneity and different training demands could we take effective training strategies. In this article, the author analyzes the different training demands from the perspective of urban migrant workers＇ adaptability, and discusses how to improve the training from process management.
