摘  要:研究了新疆干旱区绿洲棉田不同管理措施对土壤有机碳及易氧化有机碳变化的影响,揭示棉田土壤质量的变化,以期为棉花合理施肥及提高农田土壤肥力,实现资源的可持续利用提供依据。结果表明:土壤总有机碳含量在棉花播种前较低,花铃期有机碳含量有所增加,至收获期达到最大值;土壤易氧化有机碳含量在棉花播种前较低,在花铃期达到最大值,而在收获期明显降低。不同农业管理措施下,不同土层土壤总有机碳含量和易氧化有机碳含量均表现出土壤上层最高、随土层深度增加呈降低的趋势。不同灌溉方式下,滴灌棉田土壤易氧化有机碳的含量提高,土壤易氧化有机碳占总有机碳的比例增加,而漫灌棉田增加了土壤有机碳的稳定性,有利于土壤有机碳的积累。We Studied the effects of different management measures in the cotton fields on soil organic carbon and easily oxidized organic carbon changes in arid area of Xinjiang,and revealed the changes of soil quality in cotton fields, so as to reasonably fer- tilize cotton and improve the fertility of soil,which provides the basis for sustainable utilization of resources. The results showed that soil total organic carbon content was lower before cotton sowing. It increased in the content of the blooming period, and reached the maximum in harvest period. The soil easily oxidized organic carbon content before cotton sowing was lower, It reached its maximum in the blooming period, and significantly reduced in harvest period. Under different agricultural manage- ment measures,soil total organic carbon content and easily oxidized organic carbon content showed a downward trend from the soil surface. [)rip irrigation cotton fields could increase soil easily oxidized organic carbon content,and its proportation to the to- tal organic carbon;flood irrigation cotton fields increased the stability of soil organic carbon,and it was conducive to the accurrm lation of soil organic carbon.
