理囊散治疗卵泡囊肿不孕奶牛血清微量元素与激素的相关性分析

摘　　要：用ELISA法测定了理囊散治疗卵泡囊肿不孕奶牛前后血清中促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、孕激素(P)和雌二醇(E2)的浓度,以原子吸收光谱法测定血清Cu、Fe、Mn和Zn的含量,分析探讨4种激素和四种微量元素间的相关性与回归方程。结果表明:Cu、Fe、Zn与P呈正相关,Mn与P呈负相关;Mn与E2呈正相关,Cu、Fe、Zn与E2呈负相关;Mn、Zn与FSH呈正相关,Cu、Fe与FSH呈负相关;Cu、Mn、Zn与LH呈正相关,Fe与LH呈负相关。结论:理囊散治疗卵泡囊肿不孕奶牛前后血清中微量元素含量与激素水平具有相关性。Follicular cyst infertile dairy cattle treated by cyst-regulating powder, flame atomic absorption spectrometry and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） were used to detect the levels of trace elements （Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn） and hormones （FSH,LH,P and E2 ） contents in serum from the experimental and normal groups before and after the treatment. We analyzed the correlation and regression equation between the four hormones and four trace elements. P is positively correlated with Cu, Fe and Zn,but it is negatively correlated with Mn; Ee is positively correlated with Mn, but it is negatively correlated with Cu, Fe and Zn; FSH is positively correlated with Mn and Zn, but it is negatively correlated with Fe and Cu;LH is positively correlated with Mn,Zn and Cu,but it is negatively correlated with Fe. Conclusion：The trace elements and hormones in the serum have a correlation before and after the treatment of the follicular cyst infertile cows by cyst-regulating powder.
