摘 要:为研究不同叶位银杏叶萜内酯含量的动态变化规律,对雌树长枝不同叶位叶萜内酯含量的年周期变化进行了测定。结果表明:不同叶位银杏叶的银杏内酯A(GA)、银杏内酯B(GB)、银杏内酯C(GC)、白果内酯B(BB)和总萜内酯含量变化规律基本一致,均为先上升到达最高峰后迅速下降;对BB而言,在最高峰(8月18日)时,顶部叶含量显著高于中部叶和基部叶;对GA、GB、GC和总萜而言,在含量最高峰(9月18日)时基部叶含量高于中部叶和顶部叶。说明不同叶位对银杏叶萜内酯含量有影响。In order to study the change law of terpene lactone of leaves from different positions in Ginkgo biloba, the annual variations of terpene lactone contents of the leaves from different positions of female long-branch were investigated. The results show that the total terpene trilactones content, ginkgolides A(GA), ginkgolides B(GB), ginkgolides C(GC) and bilobalide(BB) contents in G. biloba leaves from different positions appeared similarity pattern, which increased gradually at first, then reached a peak, and subsequently decreased rapidly. For bilobalide, the highest level was in the top leaves on August 18 significantly higher than those in the middle and up leaves. The up leaves was higher than the middle and top leaves at the highest value of contents of ginkgolides A, ginkgolides B, ginkgolides C and the total terpene lactone on September 18. All these indicate that the leave position had effects on the terpene lactone content in leaves of G. biloba.
