摘　　要：目的:总结经纤支镜灌洗痰易净加氨溴索配合吸痰术,治疗开胸术后下呼吸道痰液阻塞引起的肺部感染或肺不张的护理经验。方法:对46例开胸术后下呼吸道痰液阻塞所致的肺部感染或肺不张患者,行床旁经纤支镜灌洗痰易净加氨溴索配合吸痰术治疗,并进行合理、规范的术前术后护理。结果:46例除1例全肺切除术后患者因肺栓塞死亡外,其余患者均取得显著疗效。结论:该方法能有效治疗开胸术后下呼吸道痰液阻塞所致的肺部感染或肺不张,合理、规范的术前后护理是床旁纤支镜治疗取得成功的必要条件。Objective： To summarize the nursing experience of the treatment with bronchofiberscope lavage using acetylcysteine and ambroxol combined with sputum suctioning for the patients suffering from pulmonary atelectasis or/and pulmonary infection caused by lower respiratory tract sputum obstruction after thoraeotomy. Method： 46 patients who suffered from pulmonary atelectasis or/and pulmonary infection caused by lower respiratory tract sputum obstruction after thoractomy were treated with hronchofiberscope lavage used aeetylcysteine and ambroxol combined with sputum suetioning, at the same time, all patients received the rational and standard pre-operative and post-operative nursing. Result： All patients achieved good therapeutic effectiveness except one pneumoneetomy patient who was died with fatal pulmonary embolism postoperatively. Conclusion： The treatment is an effective method for the patients who suffered from pulmonary ateleetasis or/and pulmonary infection caused by lower respiratory tract sputum obstruction postoperatively, and to achieve good curative effect it is essential for the patients to receive the rational and standard pre-operative and post-operative nursing at the same time.
