外敷中药配合光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨外敷中药配合光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2011年1月-2012年1月60例乳腺增生患者给予外敷中药配合光电离子治疗仪治疗,观察患者症状缓解时间、临床治疗有效率及复发情况。结果:60例乳腺增生患者症状缓解时间为(7.5±3.4)d,临床治疗有效率为98.33%,随访1年内复发率为3.33%。结论:采用外敷中药配合光电离子治疗仪治疗乳腺增生临床疗效满意,患者症状缓解时间短,临床治愈率高,复发率较低,可作为乳腺增生治疗的理想方法。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with photoelectric ion therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Method：Sixty patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected.They were treated with external application of Chinese medicine combined with photoelectric ion treatment, the symptoms time,the clinical effective rate of the treatment and recurrence of the patients were observed.Result：Sixty patients with mammary gland hyperplasia symptoms remission time was（7.5±3.4）d,the effective rate of clinical treatment was 98.33%,follow-up of 1 year recurrence rate was 3.33%.Conclusion：The external application of Chinese medicine combined with photoelectric ion treatment apparatus in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia is satisfied,the relief of symptoms in patients with a short time,the clinical cure rate is high,low recurrence rate,can be used as an ideal method for treatment of breast hyperplasia.
