摘　　要：新兴产业技术创新战略联盟虽然没有固定、统一的形态模式,但是必须具有一定的组织形态;保持一定的组织与结构对于联盟的建立与发展具有一定的稳定性与持续性作用。文章从分析新兴产业技术创新战略联盟的组建动力入手,研究了新兴产业技术创新战略联盟的结构模式及影响因素,给出构建以企业为主体、国家为助推器的新兴产业技术创新战略联盟的组建方式。New industry technology innovation strategy of the alliance has no fixed and unified pattern, but it must have certain organization form to keep stability and continuity of the alliance. The motivation of the new industry technology innovation strategy of the alliance is analyzed, then the structure mode and influencing factors are studied, finally the establishment method of the alliance is provided, which takes enterprises as main body and takes country as booster.
