摘　　要：从中国信息产业发展战略角度出发,介绍了物联网技术在中国的发展现状,并结合中国自主知识产权的TDSCDMA以及TD-LTE通信技术的发展,提出了物联网与TD-LTE融合发展的必要性和创新工作的重要性。分析了中国物联网技术和通信技术融合和创新的趋势,并对融合和创新工作给出了具体的建议,最后对物联网行业的发展趋势以及前景进行了总结。Start from the development strategy of Chinese IT industry, the developing status of IOT in China is introduced. In combination of development of China independent intellectual property rights of TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE communication technology, the necessity of IOT and TD-LTE integrative development are proposed, along with the importance of innovation. And then the integration and innovation trends of Chinese IOT technology and communication technology are analyzed and the specific advices are given. At last development trends and prospects of IOT industry are summarized.
