摘　　要：田野调查不仅是人类学研究最重要的手段,也是历史研究的一种重要方法。吉首大学历史与文化学院在探索研究生人才培养路径上,发挥区域优势,立足田野基地,形成了具有自身特色的人才培养体系。Field investigation is not only the most important means of anthropological research, but also an important method of historical research. The School of History and Culture at Jishou University, on its way of exploring the path of postgraduate education, has formed its own characteristics in the system of talent cultivation, giving full play to regional advantages, and relying on field base.
