摘　　要：当前,高校被誉为推动社会进步的"动力站"。知识的挖掘、积累、保存、传授、传播、应用、创新,文明的界定、树立、推广、传承和进步,人才的发掘、培育、提高、传承,科技的突破与更新,社会的融汇与理智,文化的交流与碰撞;无不依赖高校作为载体,无不依赖大学生作为主体。该文在阐述大学生综合素质培养面临的问题的基础上,提出解决问题的方式并试图构建大学生综合素质培养体系。Currently, colleges are known as the ＂power station＂ to promote social progress. Almost all, ranging from knowledge dissemination, student teaching, civilization progress, social progress, to cultural exchange, rely on universities and college students. The paper describes the problems of college students＇ comprehensive quality, and proposes solutions, aiming at building a comprehensive quality training system.
