摘 要:汽车所用的片式氧传感器需要多层高温共烧结制备,烧结温度大于1500℃,如此高的烧结温度对铂电极浆料的耐热性提出较高的要求,要求反应铂电极浆料有较高耐热性能,高温烧结收缩较小,反应电极有高致密性多孔层叠的结构进而使得铂电极-YSZ-气体三相界面增长,使得片式氧传感器的氧敏响应性能和催化性能显著提高;要求加热铂电极要有致密的结构,阻值稳定,连续性好,长时间通电不易烧断。传统的铂电极浆料烧结温度为800~1200℃,明显不能满足高温烧结的需要。本文研究制备了适用于高温烧结的铂反应电极浆料和铂加热电极浆料。Chip oxygen sensor for automobiles needs multi-layer high temperature co-sintering processing, the sintering temperature is higher than 1500℃, the high sintering temperature requires higher heat resistance and small shrinkage during sintering of platinum electrode pastes. Because of the structure of the reactive electrode has high density porous laminated, and then makes the platinum electrode- ~SZ- gas phase interface significant growth, makes the planar oxygen sensor's oxygen sensitive properties and catalytic performance improved significantly. The structure of the heating platinum electrode is dense, stable resistance, good continuity, long time power is not easy to bum. The sintering temperature of traditional platinum electrode pastes is 800-1200℃, it obviously can not meet the need of high temperature sintering. In this paper the reactive platinum electrode paste and heating platinum electrode paste suitable for high temperature sintering were prepared.
