摘 要:采用空气干燥,热滴片法分别制备强壮箭虫典型种与内海型的染色体标本,用姬姆萨染液对染色体标本进行染色。在显微摄像仪下对清晰的分裂相拍照,计数,分析。实验结果表明:2种类型的强壮箭虫染色体数目、类型一致,都有9对染色体,其中6对为中部着丝点染色体(M);1对为亚中部着丝点染色体(SM);2对为端着丝粒染色体(T)。其核型公式都为2n=18=12M+2SM+4T。采用BSG法对强壮箭虫典型种与内海型染色体进行C-带显色,结果显示:典型种与内海型各条染色体都有C-带分布,C-带分布多在染色体着丝粒和端粒处,两者基本相同,区别是强壮箭虫典型种第3、4号染色体端粒部位比内海型相应部位各多出一条C-带。强壮箭虫典型种与内海型是不同水温下形成的不同世代的多型种。The chromosome specimen of Sagitta crassa and Sagitta crassa f. naikaiensis were prepared by using air-dried method and heat-dropping method and then stained with Giemsa medium. The rectaphase chromosomes were observed under 1000 microscope and photographed, and then the chromosome number was calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the chromosome numbers and karyotype of S. crassa and S. crassa f. naikaiensis were identical, with 9 pairs of chromosomes, of which 6 were metacentric chromosomes, 1 was submetacentric chromosome and 2 were telocentric chromosome. The karyotypic formula 2n= 18= 12M+2SM+4T. A comparison method of BSG showed that the C-ban- ding pattern of chromosome of both S. crassa and S. crassa f. naikaiensis were similar, which distribu ted on centromere and telomere of chromosome. The differences of the patterns of C-banding were that the there was one more band in the No. 3 and No. 4 chromosome of the S. crassa.
