摘 要:2011年5月(春季航次)、10月(秋季航次)对乳山湾湾内及湾口进行了21个站位的大型底栖动物调查,共发现大型底栖动物161种(春季航次120种,秋季航次108种),其中多毛类83种,软体动物24种,甲壳动物40种,其它类群14种。通过比较IRI指数发现,中蚓虫(Mediomastus sp.)、足刺拟单指虫(Cossurella aciculata)、矮小稚齿虫(Prionospio pygmaea)、多丝独毛虫(Thary.rmulti fills)在2个航次中均作为优势种出现。本次调查,春季航次大型底栖动物的生物多样性指数在0.673~4.528,平均值为3.335;秋季航次在0.272~4.086,平均值为3.198。调查海域内,春季航次大型底栖动物的总平均丰度为2914.57ind./m^2,总平均生物量为494.98g/m^2;秋季航次总平均丰度为2771.59ind./m^2,总平均生物量为69.45g/m^2。以40%相似性水平上,可将春季航次划为6个站组,秋季航次5个站组。Macrobenthos was investigated at 21 stations in Rushan Bay in both May and October, 2011. A total of i61 species (120 species in May; 108 species in October) were found, including 83 species of Polychaeta, 24 species of Mollusca, 40 species of Crustacea, and 14 species of other taxa. Comparing the IRI (Indices of relative importance) index, it is found that Mediomastus sp. , Cossurella aciculata, Priolzospio pygmaea, and Tharyx multi fills were the dominant species in both the two survey. The average abundance of macrobenthos was 2914. 57 ind./m^2 in spring and 2771. 59 ind./m^2 in autumn; and the average biomass was 494.98g/m^2in spring and 69.45g/m^2in autumn. The range of Shannon- Wiener index of macrobenthos in the investigated waters was 0. 67344. 528 in spring, with an average of 3. 335. While, in autumn, the number was0.27244.086, with an average of 3. 198. With40% similarity scale, the 21 stations were divided into5-6 groups. There were6 groups in spring and 5 groups in autumn.
