摘  要:针对目前无法对小喉径的临界流文丘里喷嘴内部流场进行检测的缺点,在建立喷嘴数学及物理模型的基础上,运用Fluent软件对喷嘴的内部流场进行模拟仿真。鉴于喷嘴结构对其流出系数及临界背压力比有较大的影响,通过数值模拟的方法对喷嘴内部不同位置处的速度场、压力场进行了分析,将仿真所得到的喷嘴的流量和临界背压力比同理论计算值和通过标准检定装置测试得到的实测值进行比较,并绘制了质量流量与背压力比的仿真及实测关系图,据此提出了在喷嘴制造方面上的建议。Aiming at the disadvantages of unable testing the internal flow field of the small flux critical flow venturi nozzles,based on the building of the venturi nozzles' physical and mathematical models,the Fluent software is used to simulate the internal flow of the nozzles.In consideration of the nozzles' structure has a larger influence on its discharge coefficient and critical back pressure ration,the internal different position's velocity field and pressure field of the nozzles are analysed.And the simulation's flux and critical back pressure ration with the calculation results are compared and the test results is got from the standard calibration device.Accordingly,sugges tions on the nozzle manufacturing and draw a diagram which reflects the relationships between the simulation results and the test results of mass flow rate and back pressure ration are put forward.
