摘  要:目的优化莪术药材中吉马酮和呋喃二烯的乙醇提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,以吉马酮和呋喃二烯的质量分数为指标,优化莪术的乙醇提取工艺条件。结果最佳的工艺条件为10倍量80%乙醇,提取3次,90 min/次。吉马酮和呋喃二烯的质量分数分别达到0.45、0.57 mg/g。结论优选的最佳工艺能充分有效地提取莪术中有效成分,具有一定推广价值。Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction process for germacrone and furanodieneas in Curcumae Rhizoma. Methods L9(3^4) orthogonal test was designed, taking the contents of germacrone and furanodieneas as the observing indexes to optimize the ethanol extracting conditions of Curcumae Rhizoma. Results The optimal decocting conditions were as follows: reflux extracted for three times with 10 times of the amount of 80% ethanol, for 90 min once. The contents of germacrone and furanodieneas were 0.45 and 0.57 rag/g, respectively. Conclusion The optimal technique used in the investigation could thoroughly extract the effective components from Curcumae Rhizoma.
