硫必利和氟哌啶醇治疗抽动秽语综合征的临床疗效和安全性比较

摘　　要：目的比较硫必利和氟哌啶醇治疗抽动秽语综合征的临床疗效和安全性。方法2010年1月-2013年1月在连云港市第一人民医院儿科门诊就诊的84例抽动秽语综合征患儿随机分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（42例），对照组口服氟哌啶醇0．5～4．0mg／次，2次／d；治疗组口服硫必利50～100mg／次，3次／d。两组均持续治疗10周。在治疗前，治疗第2、4、6、8、10周分别对两组患者进行YGTSS和TESS评分，比较其临床疗效和不良反应。结果结果显示，两组的YGTSS评分与治疗前相比均显著下降，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但治疗后两组的YGTSS评分差异无统计学意义。各观察时间点治疗组的TESS评分均显著低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论硫必利治疗抽动秽语综合征与氟哌啶醇的临床疗效相似，但硫必利的不良反应相对较小，安全性和耐受性较好，值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of tiapride and haloperidol in the treatment of Tourette syndrome. Methods The patients （84 cases） diagnosed with Tourette syndrome in the First People＇s Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into treatment （42 cases） and control （42 cases） groups. The patients in the control group were po administered with haloperidol, 0.5-4.0 mg per time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with tiapride, 50-100 mg per time, three times a day. The treatments for the both groups were carried out for 10 weeks. Before the treatment and during the treatments in the weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, Yale global tic severity scale （YGTSS） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of the two drugs. Results The YGTSS score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the score of YGTSS after the treatment. At each time point, the TESS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was the significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tiapride has the similar clinical efficacy as haloperidol on the treatment of Tourette syndrome. The adverse reaction of tiapride is relatively smaller, while the safety and tolerability is good, which is worth being further popularized.
