抗眩晕冲剂治疗眩晕的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗眩晕冲剂治疗不同原因所致眩晕患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法2006年3月～2012年7月在天津市南开医院收治的270例不同原因的眩晕患者随机分为治疗组（140例）和对照组（130例）。对照组口服西比灵10mg，1～2次／d，尼莫地平20mg，3次／d，维生素B610mg，3次／d。治疗组每天口服抗眩晕冲剂，每次20g加入温开水100mL，3次／d，其他同对照组，两组均治疗2～3周。治疗结束后，计算两组的近期和半年后的临床疗效，同时计算治疗组中不同病因所致眩晕的疗效。结果治疗组近期显效率为60．0％，明显高于对照组的46．9％（P〈0．05），治疗组和对照组近期总有效率分别为85．7％、81．5％；半年后治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为87．2％、73．3％，总有效率为97．0％、84．2％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。抗眩晕冲剂对由梅尼埃病所致眩晕疗效最佳。结论抗眩晕冲剂对不同原因所致眩晕具有较好临床疗效，且长期疗效稳定，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kangxuanyun Granule in the treatment ofthe patients with vertigo induced by different causes. Methods The patients （270 cases） with vertigo induced by different causes receiving the treatment in Tianjin Nankai Hospital from March 2006 to July 2012 were randomly divided into treatment （140 cases） and control （130 cases） groups The control group was po administered with sibelium （10 mg）, once or twice daily, nimodipine （20 mg）, for three times daily, and vitamin B6 （10 nag）, for three times daily and they were treated. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kangxuanyun Granule for three times daily, 20 g once with 100 mL lukewarm water, and other treatments were as same as the control group. The patients in each group were treated for 2-3 weeks. After the treatment, the clinical efficacies in near future and halfa year of each group were observed, and the effects in the treatment group were calculated. Results The short term effective rate in the treatment group was 60.0%, which was significantly higher than 46.9% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and total efficiencies in the treatment and control groups were 85.7% and 81.5%. After six months, the effective rates for the patients in the treatment and control groups were 87.2% and 73.3%. And the total efficiencies were 97.0% and 84.2% with the significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Kangxuanyun Granule had the best effect on vertigo induced by Meniere＇s disease. Conclusion Kangxuanyun Granule has an accurate and stable long-term curative effect on vertigo induced by different causes, and long-term curative effect is stable, which could be used in clinic.application..
