摘　　要：高职院校的职业指导工作要结合专业的特点培养学生的职业能力和职业素质,在教育教学环节中渗透职业指导可以有效地提高职业指导的质量.本文结合目前软件技术专业具体情况,提出了四个在教育教学环节中实现更高质量职业指导的工作措施.Vocational guidance work in higher vocational colleges should combine the characteristics of the professional to train students＇ professional ability and professional quality. Vocational guidance embodied in the education teaching can ef- fectively improve the quality of vocational guidance. In this paper, combined with currently the specific situation of the sof- tware technology specialty, vocational guidance work can be realized in higher quality with four implementation measures in the education teaching.
