寻常性银屑病患者外周血Th17/Treg平衡偏移的研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测寻常性银屑病患者血清中Th17、Treg细胞的水平,探讨其在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法选择46例寻常性银屑病患者和20例健康人为研究对象,采用流式细胞技术检测外周血Th17细胞和CD4+CD25+Treg细胞亚群。结果银屑病患者Th17表达水平明显高于正常对照组,而Treg与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义;患者Th17/Treg表达水平与患者PASI评分呈正相关。结论银屑病患者外周血中Th17/Treg细胞表达失衡可能参与了其发病的过程。Objective To investigate the alteration and significance of Thl 7,rl＇reg cell in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 46 patients were observed and 20 heahhy people were enrolled as controls. The frequencies of Treg, Th17 in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometric analysis. Results The frequencies of Th17 in peripheral blood were significantly increased in psoriasis, compared with controls; and Thl7~reg were positive correlated with PASI. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in Treg. Conclusion Th17/Treg responsive model of psoriasis is different from that of controls, the alteration of Th 17/Freg might play a roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
