白芍总苷干预银屑病皮损中Trappin-2表达情况的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察白芍总苷干预前后中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶抑制剂(Trappin-2)在银屑病患者皮损中的表达水平,探讨其治疗银屑病的可能机制。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对16例脓疱性银屑病及20例寻常性银屑病患者皮损处组织液中Trappin-2的表达情况进行检测,并与20例对照者比较。结果治疗前Trappin-2在脓疱性及寻常性银屑病组皮损处组织液中的表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),脓疱性组显著低于寻常性组(P<0.05),但2组仍显著高于正常水平(P<0.05)。治疗后脓疱性银屑病组皮损处组织液中Trappin-2下降幅度显著高于寻常性银屑病组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论白芍总苷可以通过降低皮损组织中Trappin-2的表达,发挥对银屑病特别是脓疱性银屑病的治疗作用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic mechanism of total glucosides of paeony （TGP） through investigating effect of TGP on the level of Trappin-2 in tissue of patients with psoriasis. Methods Level of Trappin-2 in the tissue of 16 patients with pustular psoriasis （PP）, 20 patients with psoriasis vulgaris （PV） and 20 healthy controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） before and after the treatment. Results Level of Trappin-2 in tissue of patients with PP and PV was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） before the treatment, the level of PP was lower than that of PV. After treatment, the level of Trappin-2 in tissue of patients with PP was significantly lower （P〈0.05） than that of patients with PV. There was significant difference between the two groups （/9〈0.05）. Conclusion TGP may regulate Trappin-2 level in tissue to play an important role in treating psoriasis pustular.
