摘  要:利用由穗型差异大的水稻品种密阳46和FJCD建立的一个包含130个株系的F10重组自交系,测定其在福建武夷山和莆田环境下的粒宽,并进行QTL定位和互作研究.结果表明,10个加性QTL和4个位点存在显著的加性×环境互作效应以及1对加加上位性效应.QTL定位分析获得的10个加性QTL,位于2、5、6、7号染色体,对表型变异贡献率为0.44%-20.49%,其中qGW-5-2和qGW-6-9单个QTL贡献率分别达14.99%和20.49%.环境互作分析获得4个GE互作位点,分布在水稻5、6、7号染色体上,均为微效QTL.在莆田环境下,与粒宽相关的1对QTL存在加加上位性效应,且对表型变异贡献率达33.26%.Mapping quantitative trait loci (QTL) and gene x environment interaction analysis were used to research grain width from a RIL including 130 lines deriving from Milyang 46 and FJCD. These researches were carried in Wuyishan City and Putian City of Fujian Province. Ten additive QTLs were detected under two different conditions, located in chromosome 2, 5, 6, 7, and the con- tribution rate for phenotype variance was from 0.44% to 20.49%. The qGW-5-2 and qGW-6-9 could explain 14.99% and 20.49% of phenotypic variance respectively. 4 QTLs with significant additive x environment interaction effects were obtained, located in chromosome 5, 6, 7, and were minor QTLs. Under the environment of Putian, 1 pair of epistatic QTL were detected, and the con- tribution rate for phenotypic variance was 33.26%.
