摘 要:采用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,对7075铝合金CT标准试样激光表面处理的温度场及应力场进行了分析,并分别对未经过和经过激光表面处理试样的疲劳裂纹扩展行为进行研究。实验结果表明:温度场模拟中激光热源中心的最高温度为321℃;残余应力主要为纵向残余应力,最大纵向残余应力为17 MPa的压应力,位于裂纹尖端处;激光表面处理能够显著提高试样的疲劳性能。The temperature field and stress field of laser surface treatment process for 7075 Al alloy CT standard sample were studied using the method of numerical simulation combined with experiment.And the fatigue crack growth behavior of without laser surface treatment and laser surface treatment samples were tested.The results show that the centers of the laser heat source temperature is 321℃ in the temperature field;The residual stress is mainly made of longitudinal residual stress;the maximum longitudinal residual stress is a compressive stress of 17 MPa which locates at the crack tip.The laser surface treatment can significantly improve the fatigue performance of the sample.
