摘  要:采用电炉连铸大方坯新工艺生产的H13热作模具钢,通过与模铸工艺的H13钢相比较,研究新工艺对材料的成分和组织等方面的影响。结果表明,连铸大方坯生产的H13钢在成分控制、非金属夹杂物、显微硬度等方面都与模铸工艺接近,完全可以满足特定用途H13热作模具钢用户的需求。The new process of producing H13 hot-working die steel via continuous bloom casting was compared with the traditional process via mould casting. The influences of the new process on the composition and properties of steel were investigated. The results show that the HI5 steel produced via continuous bloom casting is equal to that produced via mould casting in chemical composition control, non-metallic inclusions and hardness, and can fully satisfy customer requirements on H13 hot-working die steel for special application.
